High School Students beats back Fred Phelps

Zach Toillion, a Lincoln High School senior, used Facebook to enlist fellow students to protest across from the hate picketers of Fred Phelps, who stood along Southwest Ninth Street. The students, who out numbered the haters, carried signs that read "God loves all" and "unity" and cheered as passing cars honked in support. This makes Zach Toillion our person of the day, way To Go!!!

Freddy Tour 2009 Coming to a High School Near You!

Fred Phelps’ cult of hate is going on the road again. After being barred from traveling to the UK. He is now taking his side show to high schools! After taking there picket signs to an Elton John concert,(Be careful Freddy, didn't you see Tantrums and Tiaras?) the Westboro Baptist Church pack is planning to picket Omaha North High School’s graduation. A project called, Phelps-A-Thon, is going to raise money for LGBT causes for every minute Freddy is picketing.
Maybe he should enroll in classes?
